Disguised as an A-rab terrorist, Texas oil gazillionaire Mr. T-Bone Pickens plans to blow himself up in the parking lot of Mr. Ree's Eternally-Open-Korean-American grocery store in sunny Los Angeles.

It's all part of a dastardly scheme to make him once again the richest man in the world, only the perfectly ordinary folks he tries to terrorize first just won't cooperate. And then when the television cameras show up, things really get zany.
